Ethics and Compliance
Our Compliance & Business Ethics Program outlines this commitment and aims at implementing it through awareness-raising and training, using the guiding principles and prescriptions laid out in our Business Conduct & Ethics Code and our other compliance policies and procedures.
Arkema Business Conduct & Ethics Code
The Code of Conduct is the cornerstone of our Compliance Program. It sets out the general requirements that Arkema must meet vis-à-vis all of its stakeholders and describes the principles and rules of conduct that each Group employee must comply with.

Code of Conduct for Arkema Suppliers
To this end, our Code of Conduct for Arkema Suppliers sets out the minimum rules of conduct expected from suppliers and subcontractors working with the Arkema group.
It is available in 7 languages.
Arkema Anti-Corruption Policy
Our Anti-Corruption Policy supplements our Business Conduct & Ethics Code as regards to anti-bribery and anti-corruption, by defining and giving concrete examples of the different types of behavior likely to be characterized as acts of bribery, corruption or influence peddling, and setting out the minimum set of rules applicable to Group employees with respect to gifts and invitations.
Our Anti-Corruption Policy is available in 15 languages.
Arkema group whistleblowing system
Our whistleblowing system offers the possibility for Group employees and other Group stakeholders to report non-compliances related to the Arkema group, which they are aware of. It is a reporting channel which complements traditional internal reporting channels (management, staff representatives, human resources etc.) and external reporting channels.
This system can be used by sending email to the dedicated address [email protected], subject to compliance with the provisions of the procedure that governs it.
Our Whistleblowing Procedure is available in 15 languages.
Data privacy
We attach great importance to the protection of personal data and the respect for privacy. We therefore ensure that personal data is processed securely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Our Data Privacy Information Notice describes the measures we take to protect the personal data of individuals external to the Group (customers, suppliers, shareholders, users of our websites etc.) collected in the course of our activities. This notice is available in 15 languages.
Organization of the Compliance function
A Compliance Committee, which brings together the Legal, Human Resources, Internal Control and Audit, Security, Credit Management, Sustainable Development and Procurement Departments, provides support and guidance on the actions led by the Ethics and Compliance team and presents a quarterly report to the Executive Committee of the Group.
