2020 Share buybacks program

The Annual General Meeting of 19 May 2020 authorized the Board of Directors to purchase shares in the Company under the following conditions:

  • Maximum purchase price: €100 per share,
  • Maximum proportion of share capital that could be repurchased: 10% of the total shares comprising the share capital, corresponding to a global theoretical amount not exceeding €760m (based on shareholders’ equity as of 21 April 2020)
  • The shares can be acquired or transferred at any time, except for periods of public offers on the company’s shares.
