At Arkema, we make specialty materials that shape everyday life — from the touchscreen in your pocket to the shoes on the pitch. But what truly makes us unique is not only what we make.
It is how we work, who we are, and what we build together. Every day, thousands of people across the world bring their talent, their curiosity and their drive to something that matters. This is the right formula.
New recruits are often surprised by the autonomy they enjoy in our organization, where the focus is on action"
