The Annual General Meeting of 21 May 2019 authorized the Board of Directors to purchase shares in the Company under the following conditions:

Maximum purchase price: €135 per share,
Maximum proportion of share capital that could be repurchased: 5% of the total shares comprising the share capital,
Maximum amount of cash dedicated to this program: €135 million,
The shares can be acquired or transferred at any time, except for periods of public offers on the company’s shares.

The Annual General Meeting of 18 May 2018 authorized the Board of Directors to purchase shares in the Company under the following conditions:

Maximum purchase price: €135 per share,

Maximum amount of cash dedicated to this program: €135 million,
The shares can be acquired or transferred at any time, except for periods of public offers on the company’s shares.
