Responsibilities
Plant human resources managers, who report to their site manager, play a central and directly operational role in the life of the plant, as they focus on developing human potential and maintaining good employee relations.
Main duties
- Provide support and expertise to managers and the site’s manager with managing their human resources.
- Match employee skills with the site’s short, medium and long-term needs.
- Help to implement the site’s overall strategy.
- Maintain positive employee relations.

Education and experience
Management or law graduate + postgraduate degree in human resources.
