  • Provide support and expertise to managers and the site’s manager with managing their human resources.
  • Match employee skills with the site’s short, medium and long-term needs.
  • Help to implement the site’s overall strategy.
  • Maintain positive employee relations.

Education and experience

Management or law graduate + postgraduate degree in human resources.
