Arkema has implemented the Arkema Integrated Management System (AIMS) framework, which combines the Group's own control requirements with those of the standards it adheres to, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001.

Certifications according to the ISO framework

In 2024, out of all Arkema sites worldwide (production sites, R&D centers, and headquarters), 164 are ISO 9001 certified (quality), 79 are ISO 45001 certified (health and safety), 85 are ISO 14001 certified (environment), and 31 are ISO 50001 certified (energy).

Go to the "Websites and Locations" section to find the website of the country where the desired industrial site is located.

In the section "Locations" the industrial and R&D center sites are listed and their ISO certifications are mentioned.

The Arkema Integrated Management System (AIMS) framework

The AIMS framework, which covers health, safety, security, environment, energy, and quality, is regularly audited to measure progress and ensure consistent practices across the Group.

For sites with significant industrial risks (38% of the Group's sites), Full AIMS audits are conducted every three years by joint teams from Arkema and an independent third-party organization. These are supplemented annually by a follow-up audit performed by the independent third-party organization.

For other sites, depending on their risk level, Simplified AIMS or Light AIMS audits are conducted at least every five years by Arkema teams. The Group has set an ambitious goal to implement and audit its AIMS system at all its sites.
