Arkema group whistleblowing system

Our whistleblowing system offers the possibility for Group employees and other Group stakeholders to report non-compliances related to the Arkema group, which they are aware of. It is a reporting channel which complements traditional internal reporting channels (management, staff representatives, human resources etc.) and external reporting channels.

This system can be used by sending email to the dedicated address alert@arkema.com, subject to compliance with the provisions of the procedure that governs it.

Our Whistleblowing Procedure is available in 15 languages.

Organization of the Compliance function

In Arkema, an Ethics and Compliance team, composed of in-house lawyers based in the main geographic areas where the Group operates, is responsible for the appropriate and effective implementation of the Compliance Program and ensures that all the rules are applied. This team is part of the Legal Department. The Group General Counsel and the Group Head of Compliance meet with Arkema's Chairman and CEO on a quarterly basis to discuss ongoing compliance topics.

A Compliance Committee, which brings together the Legal, Human Resources, Internal Control and Audit, Security, Credit Management, Sustainable Development and Procurement Departments, provides support and guidance on the actions led by the Ethics and Compliance team and presents a quarterly report to the Executive Committee of the Group.
