Since 1st February Virginie Guérin joined Arkema to be appointed on 1st May as Vice President Institutional Affairs, replacing Nicolas de Warren who will retire.

With nearly 20 years of experience in Public Affairs in industry and services, Virginie Guérin will continue to promote the Arkema Group to major institutions and administrations in France, Europe and internationally.
 
47 years old, Virginie Guérin began her career as a journalist for the French magazine L’Usine Nouvelle before joining the French Association of Food Industry (ANIA) to head the economics, innovation and research department.
 
In 2011, she joined Groupe Renault and was appointed VP Public Affairs in 2017.
 
In 2020, she moved to GEODIS, one of the leaders of transport and logistics in the world, a subsidiary of SNCF, as SVP CEO chief of staff and public affairs.
 
Agro-food engineer (Graduate of ONIRIS) Virginie Guérin is also a graduate of the General Management Programme of INSEAD and the Executive Leadership Programme of Harvard Business School.
