What attracted you to want to work for Arkema?

From the initial information session, to interviews, and site visits, great attitudes abounded. People genuinely seemed happy with their company. Not to mention, for a graduating engineer, the developing engineer program is an incredible opportunity.

What has your experience been like so far in working for Arkema?

I’m truly blessed! I have had the opportunity to work with folks that are not only capable professionals, but good people.

What surprised you the most when you started working for Arkema?

From day one, I noticed a collaborative spirit that transcended assigned projects. This awareness, that extended beyond exact roles, benefitted people, and ultimately benefitted the plant.

What skills do you hope to develop working for Arkema?

Arkema has been a great place to take the skills I learned in school and utilize them in a diversity of applications. This breadth of projects and duties really allows a developing engineer to get a feel for good plant design and effective plant operation. In my future roles, I’m looking forward to further developing leadership and consensus building skills!
