Contact details for Arkema's American Acryl joint venture production plant in Seabrook (Bayport) Texas

The facility was built by J.P. Stevens in 1969 to provide chemicals for a local textile mill that operated from the late 1800’s until 1980. It was purchased in 1984 by Intex and added chemicals for aircraft and metal forming industries. Air Products acquired the site in 1988 and converted it into an adhesive facility. Ashland purchased the plant in 2008 followed by Bostik in 2022.
