For the third year in a row, Arkema has been officially certified as a Top Employer in the US, as well as in 9 other countries: France, China, Brazil, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy and the Philippines.

This Top Employer certification is given in recognition of the excellence of our HR practices in these ten countries, which account for more than two-thirds of our employees and recruitments worldwide.

For the second year in a row, Top Employer recognized the excellence of Arkema's HR practices in four countries that account for two-thirds of our employees and hires worldwide. The Top Employers Institute's annual survey scrupulously analyzes Arkema's HR policies, processes and actions, and is based on an in-depth audit using the HR Best Practices framework, which is built around 20 topics and 400 questions.

2022

The American Chemistry Council honored our Beaumont, Texas site for their waste reduction project. The team modified manufacturing process conditions to minimize the volume of waste without impacting operations or product quality. Best of all, this project was achieved without any capital investment. The ACC also awarded 18 sites with the 2022 Responsible Care Facility Safety Awards, with 15 receiving recognition for “Excellence.” 
Arkema ranks 3rd in Dow Jones Sustainability Indices. For the third consecutive year, Arkema is ranked among the top-performing companies in the Chemicals category, with a score that continued to improve, reaching 83 out of 100 in Standard & Poor's Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA).
These globally recognized rankings reflect Arkema's commitment and performance in environmental and social dimensions, as well as in economic and governance matters.

2021

The American Chemistry Council honored Arkema Inc. with the 2021 Responsible Care® Awards. Arkema received Energy Efficiency Awards for achievements at its Clear Lake, Texas, and Memphis, Tenn., sites, as well as a Product Safety Award for its efforts to reduce safety incidents related to the transportation of Hydrogen Peroxide. The ACC also recognized the company with Facility Safety Award Certificates of Excellence.
