Disclosure for compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (CTSCA)

Arkema Inc. is firmly against any form of forced labor, human trafficking, and slavery. As set forth in our Corporate Code of Conduct training, Arkema’s policy with respect to corporate, social, and environmental responsibility is based on strong values shared by all its employees.

Arkema Inc. expects all its suppliers to share the principles of social, environmental, and societal responsibility as described in its Supplier Code of Conduct. As set forth in our Supplier Selection Process, suppliers that cannot certify their commitment to Arkema’s Code will not be qualified as approved suppliers. Arkema Inc. reserves the right to audit, and/or hold suppliers accountable and may require suppliers to develop a corrective action plan to address any findings regarding the use of any form of forced labor, human trafficking, and slavery.

Verification of compliance to Arkema’s CTSCA Process is performed by Arkema’s Internal Controls Department.

Arkema Inc. requires all employees not covered by a collective bargaining agreement to take training on the Company’s position prohibiting our dealing with suppliers and vendors who are engaged in any form of the practice of forced labor, human trafficking, and slavery.
