Disability Plans

Arkema offers disability benefits to provide you with ongoing income if an illness or injury prevents you from working. After six months of employment, the short-term disability plan provides continued pay, depending on your length of service, for up to 26 weeks. Beyond 26 weeks, the long-term disability plan provides 60% of your annual base pay, up to $5,000 per month, at no cost to you. You also have the option to purchase additional coverage to 66 2/3rds of your annual base pay to a monthly benefit maximum of $15,000.

Life Insurance

Arkema provides basic life insurance equal to your base pay at no cost to you. You can purchase additional life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for yourself and your dependents for extra peace of mind.
