DEVELOPING ENGINEER PROGRAM
At Arkema, we’re on a mission to help recent college graduates gain critical experience and benefit from the knowledge of those already on the frontlines of manufacturing. The Developing Engineering program is an immersive 18 month program designed to expose engineers just starting their career journey to the many different pathways available to them, while also providing critical training and mentorship to ensure success in their role. Upon completion of the program, DE’s have acquired a sufficient depth of experience and breadth of perspective about company operations to seamlessly move into regular assignments within Arkema.

MBA DEVELOPMENT ROTATIONAL PROGRAM
The MBA Development Rotational Program (DRP) is a highly selective opportunity to cultivate the company’s future leaders. Open to a couple of candidates each year, the program offers four six-month rotations across diverse business units and staff functions, providing a comprehensive foundation in business leadership. Participants benefit from high-level mentorship, exposure to strategic decision-making, and a fast track to leadership roles. Ideal candidates have a strong technical background (typically in chemical engineering), a recent MBA, and 2–7 years of experience, with a proven track record of commercial success. INTERN PROGRAM
Our various intern programs allows students from various disciplines to turn academic knowledge into practical skills. Interns work alongside skilled professionals in a manufacturing, lab or corporate environment on projects that directly impact the business. Students will gain practical industry experience and understanding of essential professional competencies and industry standards that will support their future careers.
