Your value-added partnership with Arkema, the worldwide molecular sieves supplier
Since 1958 Arkema has been a major player in molecular sieves and a renowned expert in the field with its Siliporite® registered trademark.
Cracked Gas drying and olefins drying
Siliporite® molecular sieves are widely used to dry cracked gas and olefin cuts (including ethylene purification) in their gaseous or liquid phases. This process is critical to avoid any damage to downstream cryogenic equipment.
Arkema’s molecular sieves provide reliable and consistent drying performance, ensuring continuous and optimized output quality. We also provide Technical Services and Support throughout the life of our products in your operations.
Siliporite® OPX line of products are designed for petrochemical applications, combining:
- High water adsorption capacity
- Excellent mechanical characteristics
- Minimum ethylene co-adsorption
These molecular sieves have been successfully installed in numerous crackers around the world and are considered best in class. Due to their reduced tendency to coking, they offer a prolonged lifetime for your dryers. We also offer Siliporite® OXY30, to adsorb any oxygenates on the secondary olefins treaters (propylene and ethylene purification) to protect downstream polymerization units.
