Arkema's celebrates Pride month with NC Courage women's soccer team collaboration.
The "Conversations Over Cleats" video featured NC Courage player Kaleigh "KK" Kurtz designing Pride-themed cleats alongside local artist, Anna Luking. As they discussed the design for the cleats, the artist and player shared what Pride meant to them.
The beautiful multi-colored cleats were signed by the players and displayed at the Pride Celebration ahead of the match vs. the Washington Red Stars on June 23. Alongside a 3-2 win against the Red Stars, the cleats raised more than $500 at auction, with proceeds going to the LGBT Center of Raleigh.
