Odor-Tech LLC, one of the leading manufacturers of gas odorants in the U.S., is merging into its parent company, Arkema Inc., effective January 1, 2019. As a result, the Odor-Tech name will no longer be used after 2018, and all odorant business going forward will be conducted under the name Arkema.
“For over 90 years, Arkema has been a worldwide leader in the production and supply of gas odorants, and this change further emphasizes Arkema’s commitment to the U.S. market,” said Olivier Griperay, market manager for Arkema Inc.’s gas odorants business in the U.S. “Customers will continue to receive the same on-time delivery, customer-friendly service, and dedication to excellence that they have come to rely on,” he added.
The company is in the process of changing its mailings, communications, product literature, website, and promotional materials to reflect the change.
