How Fluoropolymers Resist Chemical Attack Across The pH Spectrum

This paper will summarize the most commonly used fluoropolymers in the chemical processing industry, as well as discuss applications where fluoropolymers are used. The paper will also detail why fluoropolymers can resist exceptionally aggressive chemicals, and how PVDF-HFP copolymers improve the corrosion resistance of both low and high pH environments. Case studies will also be provided.

New Advances In Corrosion Protection: Powder Coating Of PEKK

This paper will summarize the applicability of PEKK as a powder coating for corrosion environments such as in oil and gas and chemical processing industry. It will show how PEKK compares to other PAEK’s and high performance polymers and the benefits of using PEKK over those. It will review the methods which PEKK can deployed and the film performance under various conditions.

I hold a MS degree in Macromolecular Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a BTech degree in Surface Coating Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, India.
