Our new 2024 work-study recruitment campaign was launched in mid-February. At Arkema, we encourage work-study training in all professions and at all diploma levels (BTS/DUT, vocational baccalaureates, engineers, etc.). Every year, nearly 250 work-study students are expected at all our sites in France.

And after the work-study program?
Work-study students represent an important pool for future recruitment of young graduates. In 2023, 48 positions were open to young graduates. Of these 48 positions, 43.75% were filled by our work-study students and interns on permanent or fixed-term contracts.
Arkema also supports talented young people in their VIE and Césure projects at the end of their work-study program.
