Spotleak®
Arkema has developed an odorant line called Spotleak®; a comprehensive range of mercaptan and sulfide blends to meet the odorant needs of gas distribution companies. Spotleak® products are specially designed for odorizing natural gas or industrial gases (e.g. O2 leakage detection to reduce operating costs due to those losses, and mitigate related safety concerns -- asphyxiation, flammability, etc).
We produce and blend the odorant components in Arkema’s Lacq (France) and Rotterdam (Netherland) facilities, and we also have blending facilities in the United States, Brazil, and Argentina. This global distribution model allows Arkema to be close to our customers.

SPS® 10LS
SPS® 10LS is a water soluble sulfur additive (10% sulfur) showing excellent extreme pressure properties & designed for water miscible fluids. SPS® 10LS is compatible with synthetic and semi-synthetic fluids
Key properties: readily biodegradable, colorless & odorless, limpid, free of unsatured hydrocarbon residues, non-foaming & fully water-miscible.
Stabiram®
Stabiram® bitumen emulsifiers are perfectly suited for quick and slow-set applications and others.
Sulfonyls
Arkema's sulfonyls range includes MSA (methane sulfonic acid - CAS 75-75-2) and MSC (methane sulfonic chloride - CAS 124-63-0) with various grades adapted to customer's applications. MSA (methane sulfonic acid) is able to produce higher rates, higher quality, lower color product, and is biodegradable. MSA has no toxic fumes, has low toxicity to aquatic life, contains no phenol and completely miscible in water. MSC (methane sulfonyl chloride), CH3SO2Cl is a versatile, reactive chemical used in the agrochemical, pharmaceutical, photographic. It is also commonly known as mesyl chloride.

The nonionic surfactant range Surfaline® is dedicated to all types of industrial formulations where the following properties are required: detergent, wetting, dispersing, emulsifying, solubilizing, foam control.
