Siliporite® for Natural gas processing

製品の概要
Natural gas is produced in wet conditions and must be dried to protect downstream equipment via Temperature Swing Adsorption process. In some cases sulfur compounds, CO2 & methanol must also be removed. Siliporite® molecular sieves offer a wide range of pore sizes (3Å, 4Å, 5Å, 13X) to address those types of impurities.

Your value-added partnership with Arkema, the worldwide molecular sieves supplier

Since 1958 Arkema has been a major player in molecular sieves and a renowned expert in the field with its Siliporite® registered trademark.

Amine resistance

Siliporite® SRA is a 4Å zeolite and was developed and patented by Arkema for amine resistance and COS minimization. This grade has a higher adsorption capacity and kinetics than a standard 4Å zeolite. It has a high bulk density enabling a higher adsorption capacity by volume. With this grade, the specifications for LNG production are met.

Selective drying

Siliporite® NK30COS is a 3Å zeolite molecular sieve grade for COS minimization. This grade maximizes water adsorption, while minimizing co-adsorption of H2S and CO2.

Acid resistant adsorbents

Sour gas fields are difficult to treat with conventional molecular sieves, which are damaged by the acidity of the gas. Arkema has developed Siliporite® RA to address this issue and provides excellent longevity compared to regular molecular sieves.

Natural Gas Sweetening & Natural Gas Liquids Sweetening

Mercaptans and sulfur compounds removal is an important step in the treatment of Natural Gas and NGL units.

Using Siliporite® NK20C (a 5Å zeolite molecular sieve) and Siliporite® G5 (a 13X zeolite molecular sieve) in mixed bed of molecular sieves is an effective alternative to high footprint amine units to remove sulfur species and CO2 in Natural Gas and NGL units.
