Case Study: Non-intrusive Concrete Fastener with 3D-Printed PA11 Deformation Layer

Maintenance and operations in nuclear power plants often require fastenings on concrete walls for installing sensors, cable trays, pipe and lifting equipment support electrical equipment and air-conditioning systems. In this case study, we will examine a non-intrusive bonded fastener commercialized under the brand name C-BLOCK™ which has a 3D-printed deformation layer with PA11 material.
