Due to the rising costs of raw materials, Arkema will implement a price increase of 150€/MT on its whole Orevac® range (Grafted polyolefins).
This price change will be effective on May 1st, 2015 or as contracts allow and will be in effect for all grades and modes of deliveries. This new increase is in addition to the ones already announced and agreed in April 2015.
Availability of polyolefins is very tight in Europe, causing some shortages and significant cost increases. Arkema will do its best to limit the impact of this situation of Orevac® availability.
Marketed under the trademark Orevac®, Arkema's Grafted Polyolefins are used in diverse industrial applications, including multilayer barrier packaging film, technical polymer modification, electronics and pipe coating.
