Arkema strengthens its bond with the Carlos Casares community
In line with its long-term commitment to local development, Arkema Argentina announces new community initiatives in Carlos Casares, where one of its strategic plants is located.
As part of this approach, a Community Committee has been established, composed of local leaders and members of the Arkema team, with the goal of identifying and supporting projects that generate a positive and sustainable impact on the community.
Among the first concrete actions are:
- Food donations to support dinners for children in the youth divisions of Club Deportivo Carlos Casares and Club Boca Carlos Casares, from September through the end of the year.
- Collaboration with the Lions Club on its VISION project, through the donation of eyeglasses for children under 12 who attend both clubs. Eye exams will be conducted by local professionals in partnership with the Club.
These initiatives reflect the values that guide Arkema—solidarity, performance, simplicity, empowerment, and inclusion—and reinforce the company’s commitment to building strong relationships with the communities where it operates.
