Altuglas® Luctor™ HI

Altuglas® Luctor™ HI is an impact-modified acrylic resin suitable for injection molding and extrusion made from more than 25% renewable carbon content. This grade is formulated for approved medical applications. It is designed to provide outstanding chemical resistance and the highest impact resistance possible. It is well suited for intravenous and other medical devices where maximum resistance to alcohol, lipid emulsions, TPN solutions or new generation oncology drugs is paramount.

Plexiglas® DR-100G

Plexiglas® DR-100G is an impact modified thermoplastic acrylic resin formulated for injection molding and extrusion applications. This grade is formulated for approved medical applications. It is a medium heat resistant resin with minimal edge color and provides 10 times the impact resistance of standard acrylics. It is an all-acrylic resin that combines the toughness associated with other impact plastics and the outstanding transparency and UV resistance of conventional acrylic materials. Moldflow simulation data is available.

Plexiglas® DRG-100

Plexiglas® DRG-100 is an impact modified thermoplastic acrylic resin formulated for injection molding and extrusion applications. This grade is formulated for approved medical applications and has improved gamma resistance compared to DR-100G. It is a medium heat resistant resin with minimal edge color and provides 10 times the impact resistance of standard acrylics. It is an all-acrylic resin that combines the toughness associated with other impact plastics and the outstanding transparency of conventional acrylic materials. Moldflow simulation data is available.
