Description
Opticoat® 140 is a masking coating for returnable bottles that forms a thin masking layer to restore the glass like appearance and feel. Opticoat® 140 can be applied to dry or wet bottles, hot or cold bottles and is resistant to humidity and is environmentally safe.
Properties
Opticoat® 140 application dilution is an aqueous emulsion of organic acid esters.

Opticoat® 140 can be used in accordance with good manufacturing practices (GMP) and in full compliance with the FDA regulations.
Opticoat® 140 concentrate will be diluted with water to 3 – 10%, depending on the surface humidity of the bottles.
By adding the concentrate to water, the aqueous dilution will be produced by self-emulsifying.
