Description
MAA is produced using the acetone cyanhydrin process.
Properties

MAA can polymerize and copolymerize to produce acrylic resins and acrylic water-based dispersions

It can produce anionic water-soluble polymers

Adhesion on polar substrate and capability of chemical modification brought by MAA to the polymers.
