The costs of energy, raw materials and transportation have increased sharply since June 2008. Altuglas International, an Arkema's subsidiary, is not in a position to absorb these increases anymore and must adjust its prices accordingly. Therefore, Altuglas International announces that the prices of Altuglas® Resins and Altuglas® and Repsol Glass® Cast and Extruded sheets in Europe, Middle East and Africa will be increased by 110 €/T. These increases will be effective from August 15th, 2008 for cast and extruded sheets and from September 1st, 2008 for resins.
