Description

Mixland+® is a range of additives for rubber industry, dispersed in a polymeric binder (in pellet or slab forms). This range brings benefits to users of rubber parts producers:

- reduced scrap rates,

- faster and more homogeneous dispersion,

- ease of handling,

- better products stability over time,

- no more direct contact with volatile powders.

Properties

Powder finely dispersed in a polymeric binder, offers the following benefits :

- all products are filtered and some up to 100µ,

- lower Mooney viscosity, improving quality of dispersion,

- better compatibility with a wide range of elastomers,

- tack free at room temperature.

Market and Applications

Rubber technology, especially for the extrusion such as automotive sealing profiles, under-hood parts, various connections. The Mixland+® are also used in tires.
