Description

Orgasol® is a range of ultra fine polyamide powders manufactured by polymerization of lauryl and caprolactam, using process additives exclusively of synthetic and vegetable origin.

The singularity of the synthesis process gives them an extremely narrow particle size distribution, and ensures that both the structure and the morphology of Orgasol® powders are very different than those of ground powders.
 

Properties

Orgasol® ultra fine powders are essential to give your skin care and color cosmetic formulations a very soft handle.
There are two nylons available with different diameters and absorption properties on offer, the Orgasol® range can meet the wide-ranging expectations of the cosmetics market.

Markets and applications

• Orgasol®  for color cosmetics
  Manufacturing of pressed powders, loose powders, both compact and liquid foundations, tinted creams, lipsticks, mascaras, eyeliners and nail polishes.

• Orgasol®  for skin care products

Manufacturing of creams, gel-creams, moisturizing creams and lotions, face packs, sunscreens, after-sun lotions, after-shave formulations, and body-care lotions.

• Orgasol®  for toiletries: perfumed and hygienic products
  Orgasol® is used for its ability to absorb perspiration, and as a perfume carrier. Orgasol® may therefore also be found in antiperspirants, deodorants, and shaving products (lathers and after-shave lotions).
