Key Properties of Rilperm® Multi-layer Fuel Lines



Rilperm® multi-layer fuel lines are focused on cost effectively delivering safety, preserving the environment, and enabling the progress of alternative fuels. Rilperm® fuel lines offer various combinations of key physical properties:

Conductivity

All Rilperm® lines are availble as a conductive version offering the safety of electrostatic discharge to protect against engine explosion. Most of the structures correspond to SAE J2260

Clean/low oligomer


If fuel injector clearances are tight, clogs from fuel line contaminants can be a major concern. Arkema offers several Rilperm® structures that minimize contaminants.

Rilperm® lines have good fuel resistance to most relevant fuels and blends. For EtOH containing fuels (4030, 5031, 5040, 5041, 5240 and 5241) and for MeOH containing fuels (5010 and 5040)
