Orgasol®: A texturing agent in furniture and appliances markets

Orgasol® is the best solution to achieve smooth texture and gloss. The sperical shape and uniform particle size of Orgasol® create a soft and silky texture.

 

Adding Orgasol® at low level (< 2%) has no impact on varnish transparency and enables good mar resistance.

 

Orgasol®  can also be used as a topcoat for tables, doors, or windows to improve scratch resistance.

 

Electronic Appliances:

 

Orgasol® is applied to plastic or steel parts used in automotive assemblies and electronic appliances.

 

Manufacturers use Orgasol® as an additive to create a smooth to textured finish. Scratch resistance is a second benefit to using Orgasol® for electronic appliances.

 

Orgasol® is easily dispersed in polyurethane, epoxy or acrylic formulations used in furniture and appliances surfaces. Orgasol® can be used in solvent based, water based or 100% solid UV curable formulations.

 

 

Recommended grades:  2001 UD NAT1, 2001 EXD NAT1, 2002 D NAT1,  2002 ES3 NAT3 and 2002 ES6 NAT3
