Evatane® are polar copolymers ables to accept more than 70% of ATH (Aluminium TriHydroxide) or MDH (Magnesium Dihydroxide). Dispersion of filler is optimised, providing very good mechanical and Flame properties.

 

Sound Dampening

 

Heavily filled flexible compositions have been found to be very useful in vibration / absorption. As a noise barrier between the engine and passenger compartments of cars, its use is also extending to other parts of cars and to the lining of ducts and other components of noisy factory equipment. 

Evatane®, with their ability to accept up to 80% by weight of fillers, has found successful application in this area.

 

 

Foams

 

The major commercial success of EVA copolymer foam, has been in lightweight microcellular soles which are used in footwear industry for beach sandals, casual and sport shoe soles, insoles, etc …
