Price increase of Ethylene copolymers Evatane® and Lotryl®

Arkema announces a price increase of 180€/ton starting the 1st of April 2011 for its full range of Ethylene copolymers Evatane® (EVA high content Copolymer) and Lotryl® (EMA and EBA Copolymers).
This increase has become unavoidable due to the coninuous and important price hikes of the raw materials despite all our efforts to reduce costs.
Marketed under Evatane® and Lotryl® trademarks, Arkema's copolyemers are used in highly diverse industrial applications, including hotmelt, cable, multilayer packaging film, technical polymer modification, solar panel, petroleum additives, bitumen and ink.
