Arkema is always looking for graduates of all professions  to drive innovation.

 

Our entry-level positions allow you to get to know us and gain experience before gradually taking on increasing levels of responsibility.

 

We also offer challenging, varied internship, thesis and co-op placements, as a way of testing and nurturing talent in real-world work situations. We draw primarily from this pool when hiring for permanent positions.

 

To help scout the talent that will shape the chemical industry of the future, we cultivate special relationships with the best academic programs for students for our fields, making sure that they know what Arkema’s values are. For example, we support France’s Ecole Supérieure de Physique et Chimie Industrielles (ESPCI) and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Industries Chimiques de Nancy (ENSIC) by offering plant tours and conferences and providing sponsorship. We are pursuing similar initiatives in our subsidiaries, for example in China, where our growth outlook is strong. Closer working relationships with schools in our fields, through job fairs, sponsorship initiatives and competitions, help us to single out the students who share our values.
