• Report on the shareholders' meeting of June 12, 2007

     Arkema met at Lyon over 400  Shareholders on Tuesday, June 12, 2007 during a conference/debat.

     On this occasion, Frédéric Gauvard, Vice President Investor Relations, spoke about the Group Akema,

     its objectives and its financial results.

     The conference was followed by a question & answer session.

• Report on the Actionaria show, November 17-18, 2006  

     Arkema participated for the first time in the Actionaria savings and investment show et the Palais des

     Congrès in Paris on November 17 and 18, 2006.

     Thierry Le Hénaff took part in the Chairmen's Forum (" Agora des Présidents") and gave a presentation

     of the Group's operations, performance and prospects to over 250 participants .

     The entire Shareholder Relations team met and talked with a large number of individual shareholders at

     the Arkema stand.

• Report on the shareholders' meeting of October 16, 2006

     A Shareholders' information meeting was held on Monday, October 16, 2006 at the "Palais des Congrès" 

     in Marseille.

     Frédéric Gauvard, Head of Investor Relations, gave a presentation of Arkema's business, performance

     and prospects to over 450 participants.

     He then answered various questions mostly about our competitive position, the guarantees given by

     Total at the time of the spin-off, our development projects and products.

     Discussions then continued over drinks.
