Registered Shares


The identity of the holders of registered shares is known by the Company. These shares can be managed in two different ways:

  • Either the shares are held directly and only in the name of the holder by the issuer (“nominatif pur”).
  • Or, although recorded in the share register, the shares are managed by a broker, who manages the securities accounts and is the holder’s contact (“nominatif administre”).

  • Double voting rights after two consecutive years of holding the shares.

Becoming on “nominatif pur” registered shareholder

Just fill in the following registration form, either your bank account is located in France or abroad,  and forward it to your financial advisor. BNP Paribas Securities Services is our depositary bank and on receipt they will send you a registration certificate and then require you to submit:

  • A bank identification number or a post office account or savings bank identification where your dividends can be deposited.
  • A contract to be completed if you want to trade your Arkema shares yourself.
