Making workstations more ergonomic
From theory to practice
We have translated our ideas into a series of actions:
- incorporating ergonomics from the project design phase;
- providing a reference base of situations so that best practice can be shared;
- including operational factors in training and other actions (design and engineering, methods, production);
- designating Ergonomics advisors who liaise between the different parties involved in projects or changes.
The "pilot" project: GOLDEN (Honfleur plant in France)
