Organizational chart and governance of the Arkema group

The Board of Directors is elected by the shareholders for a four year term. It defines Arkema’s strategy and oversees its implementation.

Thierry Le Hénaff, who is Chairman of the Board of Directors, also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer. At his side, he has established an Executive Committee whose mission is to ensure the operational management of the Arkema group.
